There was cat poop at least once every month on the floor in the kitchen and with it came a random stranger 2 every month to sleep VERY LOUDLY making noises on the Saturday besides these things Amel was quite contradicting to say the least. If there were any little problems she had with me or the other flat mate she would let it build up instead of informing us straight away and exploded and acting like a teenager using rude language over text multiple times and instead of working any problems together she would make it clear that 'WE ARE ONLY RENTING THE ROOM'! So I would treat it as such trying to keep minimal discussions with her and just trying to ensure no further conflicts arise as there were 3 big ones already. One of the main issues i had was that no matter how respectful, clean or even quiet i would be there was always something else i needed to do. I drew the line at the point where she mentioned that i should start cleaning her messes (her room is the living room) i will not be cleaning up her mess which she left quite often, if not in the kitchen the floor and again the cats shit. There is a much longer and more serious problem with her and the things she threatened me with and yes through messages but don't bother renting from her she is unstable which can be heard from the weekly arguments with her daughter either at the apartment or over the phone. Give yourself a peace of mind and do not put yourself through her shenanigans.
